GypsyInMe
And Happy Autumn to dear blog friends in the S.H.!
Things aren't blooming around here quite yet,
(in fact, we are expecting snow tonight)
but the sweet birds are singing...
A dear friend was kind enough to gift me this beautiful book, and I can't wait to get started on the recipes and share the results with you... |
I hope the new season brings many joys to you all!
Thank you so very much for your kindness, dear friends and readers....
:)

Hello dear Irina,
ReplyDeleteHow nice to see a post from you again. Oh Yes, the birds are coming out and singing their song right now. It would be my dream to see the red cardinal one day, and this picture is beautiful. I see a lot of the blue jays, but this one looks a bit different than the ones around here. The Instant Cook book sounds delightful, and I look forward to all the yummy dishes you will share with us.
Happy Spring to you, Irina, and the peach roses are so soft and pretty. I'm glad you're back to blogging again. I have missed you. :~)
love, ~Sheri

ReplyDeleteSpring us taking its time arriving here as well, we will be in the 40's tomorrow which is about 25 degrees cooler than normal.
I am really getting tired from all if the rain.
I cannot wat to see what you make, I love Donna Hay!
And though I'm not posting, I will always be here! Yes, wasn't it a reality check to see the snow coming? I need to take caution while I drive in today for work! LOVE YOU!
ReplyDeleteOh how exciting to see you here again Irina! I'm soo looking forward to your next Cook-Up.....I don't have this book so it will be lovely to see what you make! Bon Appetit...Dzintra xo

Welcome back, Irina! You've been gone tooooo long. And happy spring! I'm so ready for the garden season to start. What a winter we had. Enjoy your new book. Please share your favorites. xo
ReplyDeleteI love that you're back in the saddle again, so to speak; just promise (or, at least, pinky-swear) you'll stick around.
ReplyDeleteIrina, I've enjoyed some of the recipes from Donna Hay's book above, and so I think you'll enjoy the recipes, as well as the photography.
Happy Spring! (And please, don't visit my blog; it's definitely not ready for company. Will it ever be? I honestly don't know. That said, you've inspired me to breathe new life into it.
Welcome back Dear Irina! I too have had a rather long hiatus from blogging, but when I return to my home in Canada, I shall make a valiant effort to get back on track. Be well and enjoy a colorful spring in your neck of the woods - I do love those bird images! xoxo
ReplyDeleteIrina, I just wanted to get back to you on your question.......no, I'm not familiar with the cardinal's song? I do know the hummingbirds though. I don't even have to see it, I can hear its song and know that he is high up in the tree. It's kind of like a buzzing sound, very unusual and pretty.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter to you, my friend.
love, ~Sheri
